Sweet and Saucy Kansas City

This place is not safe for families, especially with little kids! We made a big mistake by booking this place. Positive: Kitchen was decent and living room was spacious Negative: Many things I didn’t like about this property the smell of weed as soon as you enter the property, kitchen floors were very old, holes around the kitchen floors, toilet was unstable, shower was uncomfortable to shower, back door strike plate was missing so door barely locked. Felt very unsafe, guest downstairs having loud parties. Booked for three nights, only stayed for two nights, had to go look for a hotel.

Positive: It's big, quiet and clean. Negative: It needs a new bathtub and some doors need to be fixed. There is no appropriate dishes for the microwave. As soon possible you update the outside stairs. If possible continue the kitchen renovations with the new tiles.

Goedkoop Positive: Goedkoop Negative: Het slot van de voordeur van het huis werkt niet. Je kan de deur zomaar open duwen. Niet heel veilig met alle zwervers op de straat daar. Ik heb dit laten weten aan de eigenaar maar die reageerde er niet op. Helaas was het appartement niet hygiënisch. Een voorbeeld zijn de vlekken op de bank en de vieze gele vlekken op het douchegordijn en vlekken op het aanracht. Het servies was ook niet schoon. De douche was in een bad wat uit elkaar aan het vallen is. Het douchegordijn is een DIY project en valt uit elkaar. Het bad is ook flink roestig. Er is ook een soort warmtepomp wat constant herrie maakt. Erg vervelend als je probeert te slapen. Onze beneden buren maakte s'nachts ook veel herrie en draaide harde muziek. Het was ook erg koud in het appartement. Er was geen verwarming in de achterste slaapkamer en de achterdeur die ernaast zit heeft enorme kieren. Je moet je eigen handdoeken pakken. Na twee keer vragen werden ze helaas niet gebracht. De service leek van te voren goed maar viel dus tegen.

Unfortunate, had to find a different place Positive: Bright and open for an old building. Easy to get to and good parking. Negative: Spent bullet casings in the lawn, all entry doors had signs of forced entry, there were no smoke alarms and there was a smell that gave me a headache with in a few minutes of arrival. Owner claimed it was Marijuana. I thought it smelled more like sewer gas or propane.

Perfect Place to Stay Positive: The place was extremely clean, in an amazing area, very affordable, and super quiet. Great vibes and a modern atmosphere!
